I've been looking for something to help with exfoliating before/after shaving and to get rid of my dry skin better than a loofah. I figured it was worth a shot to solve my problems, and this mitt works wonders! I use it every other shower for a few minutes on my legs and underarms all the time now. There was always little bumps that would occur after shaving the back of my thighs and they completely disappeared. Since I use this before AND after shaving my legs feel softer and I feel like I've had a little help with ingrown hairs (ingrowns still happen though so if you buy it for that problem, know that it will help lessen the frequency, not make it disappear).
And make sure that if you use this, that you use lotion or moisturizer! It doesn't work instantly, but after a week or two of using it, I definitely noticed a difference.

Where has this been all my life? This is a miracle product. It’s able to remove buildup dead skin caused by an autoimmune skin condition. I was speechless while using it for the first time because I never thought such a seemingly simple product could have such immediate results. Just use according to instructions (soak skin in warm/hot water for 20 minutes before exfoliating. Just water, no soap, salts or oils during initial soak. Hand wash product after each use and do not overuse). You might have to change your bath water 2-3 times depending on your skin type/issues. I saw immediate improvement after first use and each subsequent weekly use. I anticipate the purchase will last at least 6 months because it comes with two gloves. You can really only use one at a time.

I have dry skin and had a bad case of chicken skin on my legs in early spring when I started shaving more. The first time I used this I swear I cloned another human out of the dead skin that came off. It did cause my skin to feel sensitive for a day or so afterward. Now I use it every week or so and it keeps the skin on my arms and legs looking much better for summer. I’d recommend, just be careful if you have very sensitive skin.

This product really works. For the longest I have been looking for this product, one that actually works! Normally I scratch off my dead skin with my nails. However I can’t have my nails done, because it doesn’t work with fake nails. I’ve been searching for something that I can use so I can have a manicure! This product works AMAZINGLY! Please note, you have to prep your skin for a little while in order to maximize results. You cannot just bathe with it and expect to see your skin just rolling off you like the videos shown in the reviews. After showering or bathing in warm water, wait a little while like I would say 15-20 mins after soaking to start the scrubbing. Don’t dry yourself off of course, this should be used with pre soaked skin that is moist when scrubbed. Best results start in an area like a crease with lots of build up and move on from there. Incredible product. I guarantee you will love it!!

I have mild KP on my thighs and the backs of my arms. I've tried scrubs, other mitts, medicated lotions, skin masks... nothing has worked as well as a soak in the tub followed by a light scrub with these mitts followed by a moisturizing lotion (I use Aveeno). My thighs and arms are smoother than ever! I can tell if I go a few weeks without using the mitts, for sure. You definitely need to use lotion afterward, don't forget that step.

Use small circular motions and take your time with it. I like to wear both mitts at once but you could easily just use them one a time if you have two tubs/showers and want one in each

I have been struggling with my skin for awhile now: every time I'd get out of the shower, after scrubbing with a loofah to get dead skin off and then using moisturizing body wash, and as I dry off dead skin would just be everywhere. No matter what I tried, dead skin was a problem every single time I'd shower. I had tried other exfoliating products from other scratchy mitts, exfoliating wash cloths, body scrubs, etc. Nothing worked. So, after reading that this mitt worked wonders on dead skin I ordered one. I followed the directions and used it at the end of my shower, after having been in the hot water for about 15-20 minutes. The amount of dead skin that sloughed off into the mitt with each swipe was incredible! And when I was finished with my shower and drying off there was zero dead skin coming off into my towel like every single shower before!!! My skin felt so much smoother and healthier! And as an added bonus, my husband loves the mitt too because (and I quote) "it gives the ultimate scratchies!!!"

This thing… I ain’t never. For so long, I thought I’ve been exfoliating, and doing a good job at it bc I was always smooth and stuff. I wasn’t. I absolutely wasn’t. This thing took off so much dead skin, it made me sick.
The little ingrown hair bumps on my legs and upper arms? Gone. Flaky skin on my upper arms? Gone. Skin? Smoother than a baby’s butt. 11/10 recommend. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

I bought these exfoliating mitts because the price was right and I figured I had nothing to lose. I did lose, though; I lost all of my dry, dead skin!
I will start out by saying that these mitts are on the small side, and they shrink a bit the first couple of times that you use them. I have very small hands, so I appreciated that these fit my hands well and were snug enough to not move around while I'm using them. If you have large hands or long fingers, these mitts might be a bit snug for you.
I discovered that these mitts work best dry, on damp skin. I usually shower and do my thing, then turn the water off and let my skin drip dry. Once I'm only damp (not dripping wet), I scrub myself down with a dry mitt. My skin quickly goes rosy pink without having to apply much pressure, and my dead skin rolls off in clumps. Literal clumps. I use these mitts about once a week, and each time, the bathtub floor is left covered in dead skin clumps. It is simultaneously disgusting and satisfying. Thr skin coming off reminds when using these mitts reminds me of when I've had bad sunburns in the past and my skin just peeled off in strips. It looks like that. I made the mistake once of trying to use the mitt before my skin had dried a bit, and it did nothing, so make sure your skin is only damp, not wet! That's the key!
Since discovering these mitts, I've now reordered twice. I really like the way my skin feels now that I've incorporated them into my routine; particularly the backs of my arms and backs of my thighs, which had previously been rough and bumpy but are now SMOOTH and SOFT. I've noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin and I couldn't be happier with my results. I find that each mitt does about 4-6 full body sessions before losing its exfoliation power, so at one session per week the 2 pack of mitts lasts me 2-3 months. I had previously been using an exfoliating scrub, which doesn't even compare to how soft and smooth my skin is now that I'm using these mitts regularly. Happy customer.

I've struggled with ingrown hairs on my legs my entire life. No matter how much I switched my razor or moisturized. Then I switched to epilating with a biweekly BHA/AHA scrub and glycolic acid after showers and an exfoliating mitt.So I've been epilating for about a year now and the bumps are always there. I've tried first aid beauty and kopari, then a salicylic acid scrub. They didn't do enough.Finally bought this mitt. I spent 20 minutes in the tub and these are my results. 90% of my ingrowns have surfaced and I've been able to epilate or pluck them. My legs are amazingly smooth after the plucking which is something I haven't experienced in YEARS. I definitely could have done more in certain spots but that's my fault.This glove didn't leave my skin dry or cut up like others have. I literally cannot stop touching my legs.  update this the next time or two I use this!
